Shipping policy

Useful Finds works with fulfillment partners through Shopify Collective. Some orders are shipped directly from our supplier partners.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates: Available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple shipments: If an order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available from the supplier or shipping carrier.

Shipping address: Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Once fulfillment begins, we may not be able to change the address.

International orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
